CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE

Client questionnaires are undoubtedly a crucial part of the branding process but are you aware of what information we ask for? Let’s discuss.

First we cover the brand basics. From your brand name to your dream client, understanding who your brand is NOT, short and long terms goals, etc. These details answer some basic qustions to building your brand and it’s visual story telling. Next up, we focus on your audience. We get into the nitty gritty oof your client. Everything from age, location to where they hang out on a Saturday morning. We ask about your audiences’ goals, problems and everything in between. The next phase is the competitor analysis. Many people get stuck in a phase of imposter syndrome. It’s ok - we are human and it happens but guess what? It is a great big world out there and there is a piece of the pie for everyone not to mention we each offer something special so use this section as an opportunity to build your brand to be the best version. We ask who your main competitors are, how you differ fro them even how you can capitalize on your competition. The final piece of the questionnaire discusses your design preferences. It is great to ask these questions because some people have a favorite color or font and others have colors they hate. No kidding, we had a client recently that said orange made her angry. However, we forgot to cover this section on our brand call and when we used orange in her color palette, she was well… angry. Kidding she wasn’t BUT these are important questions we ask to determine a few important factors in our design process.

So tell us, are you ready to up level your brand and answer these questions?
